Since it was established in 1947, the objective
of the OFICE laboratory has been to offer the highest standards of
quality, reliability, trustworthiness and validity of results in
the analyses undertaken, thereby achieving customer satisfaction
and meeting their needs and expectations.

To enable us to respond to new demands for quality
in an increasingly competitive market while continuing to provide
our customers with guaranteed services, OFICE obtained the ISO
9001:2000 Quality Certification. With this new approach, the Quality Management
Department is equipped with a solid basis on which to harmonize the
needs and interests of the different departments and to assess satisfaction
with requested services.
OFICE also reinforces its commitment to maximum
reliability in the results achieved via monthly participation in
various inter-calibration exercises with other public and private
laboratories.
Continual improvement is our Quality Guarantee
Unit’s main commitment. They know that quality is a dynamic
force, and that what satisfies the customer today may not do so tomorrow.
